The Bistro @ Vin du Lac celebrates the season with their Winter Dinner Series. Beginning in October, we will present several Wine dinners per month featuring seasonal foods prepared expertly by Chef Steve. Our multi-course menus will be paired with Vin du Lac’s newest releases.
Red Wine & Chocolate weekends: Saturdays February 10 & 17, 6:00 pm (single seating) $75.00pp
- Eggplant Caponata w/raisins, caramelized onion, & cocoa nibs on toasted baguette
- Frisee salad w/goat cheese stuffed figs, bacon & cacao-balsamic dressing
- Creamy cauliflower soup w/white chocolate & crushed hazelnuts
- Espresso sorbet
- Pepper crusted beef tenderloin w/chocolate port sauce & brussel sprout/mushroom gratin
- Cocoa spiced salmon w/pickled shallots & orange salsa, on blue corn polenta
- Frangelico chocolate mousse w/fresh berries
Each course will be paired with a different Vin du Lac wine! Please indicate your choice of entree when making your reservation.
Seating is limited to just 20 persons.
