Our final dinners of the 2017-2018 Dinner Series takes place over two Saturdays, April 21 & 28 at 6:00 pm.  The Bistro @ Vin du Lac celebrates the season with a Spring Menu featuring our newly released spring wines!

Each course will be paired with a different Vin du Lac wine!  Please indicate your choice of entree when making your reservation.

  • PNW Razor Clams with cilantro lime vinaigrette and herbed bread crumbs
  • Garden green salad with fresh cherries and citrus vinaigrette
  • Chilled savory yogurt soup with radish & toasted hazelnut garnish
  • Strawberry basil sorbet
  • Choice of Entree:
  • Pan seared halibut with asparagus risotto, spring pea puree, yellow pepper buerre blanc & pickled haricot vert

  • Grilled spring lamb with mint Riesling jelly, herbed new potatoes, spring legumes, and pickled haricot vert
  • Fresh Panna Cotta with chamomile honey & pistachio
