The Bistro at Vin du Lac is now hiring for all kitchen positions, including sous chef, line cooks and prep cooks. We feature scratch made Bistro food with a focus on farm to table ingredients. Our season begins April 1 and will go until October 15 at minimum. Well qualified candidates will have minimum 1 year professional cooking experience (not fast food).
Responsibilities include for the various positions:
Fry, Grill, and saute stations
Must be able to work evenings and weekends and holidays.
Diligence, cleanliness, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are a must.
